1. Service Scope & Geography

• Trial Area: Services are currently restricted to a 3 km radius from our base in Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline orders outside this radius or those that violate our content guidelines.

2. Delivery Timelines

While we strive for "Express Delivery," delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

• Current order volume
• Complexity of formatting/designing tasks
• Weather and traffic conditions in Vidhyadhar Nagar

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring the file sent is the final version. Reprints due to customer error will be charged as new orders.
• Legality: Customers must own the rights to the content they are printing. We will not print material that is illegal, defamatory, or violates copyright laws.

4. Formatting & Design Services

For report formatting or CV designing, Folio provides digital drafts for approval. Once a print is authorized based on a draft, further changes will incur additional costs.

5. Payments

Payment must be settled at the time of order or via digital modes as specified during the WhatsApp interaction. Prices are subject to change based on paper quality and service complexity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Folio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from delivery delays or document errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
